Business Travel Management

You Should Be Focused on the Work. Not the Flight.

Lawal Travel Services manages business travel for consultants, executives, and growing organizations — so your team can stop worrying about logistics and start showing up ready.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Your Travel Is Running You

You're booking your own flights at 11pm. You're on hold with an airline while you're supposed to be in a meeting. Your assistant is spending hours managing itineraries instead of supporting your actual work. And when something goes sideways — a cancellation, a missed connection, a hotel that lost the reservation — you're handling it alone.

That's not a travel problem. That's a capacity problem. And it has a fix.

Business Travel Management with Lawal Travel Services

WHAT WE DO

One Contact. Everything Handled.

When you work with Lawal Travel Services, you centralize all of your travel through us. We keep your travel log, manage your receipts, maintain your preferences, and stay on the other end of the phone when things don't go according to plan.

You don't sit on hold. You don't manage callbacks. You send us a message and we navigate it from our end — from wherever we are, at whatever hour it is.

As one client put it: "It's like having someone hold your hand from across the globe."

OUR SERVICES

Built for Professionals Who Travel for Business

Business Travel Management

For consultants, executives, and professionals traveling 35–50+ days a year who need a dedicated travel partner — not a platform. Includes: booking (flights, hotels, ground, rail), itinerary management, receipt organization for expense reporting, disruption support, preferred vendor relationships, and a direct line to the LTS team. Terms: 12-month engagement, 30-day written cancellation notice required.

Group Business Travel Management

For workshops, leadership retreats, conferences, off-sites, and team travel. We manage logistics end-to-end so your team arrives ready to work — not worn out from the trip. Includes: group booking and block coordination, rooming lists and individual preferences, ground transportation, team itinerary distribution, on-trip disruption support, and post-trip expense documentation.

THE PROCESS

It Starts with a Conversation

1. We talk.
Every client relationship starts with a discovery call. We'll learn your travel patterns, your preferences, your team's needs, and your budget thresholds. No forms to fill out, no intake surveys — just a real conversation so we know how to serve you well.

2. We get to work.
Once you're on retainer, you start sending us your travel requests. We handle the booking, build your profile, and get your preferences on file. You get a direct line and a dedicated contact.

3. We stay on.
We're with you throughout every trip — managing itineraries, watching for changes, and ready to navigate any disruption from our end. When something goes sideways, you'll hear from us.

WHY LAWAL TRAVEL SERVICES

We've Been on Every Side of This Industry

Most travel advisors know the traveler side. Jenita Lawal, M.B.A., VTA knows all of it.

Before founding LTS, she spent nearly a decade building HR policy and compliance frameworks across corporate America. Then, as a hospitality asset manager for the U.S. Army's Privatized Army Lodging program, she oversaw hotel operators — reviewing their financials, auditing performance, approving capital plans, and conducting property inspections. She wasn't a guest evaluating the hotel. She was evaluating whether it was being run right.

That's the foundation of how we select vendors, evaluate properties, and manage your travel. We're not just booking the cheapest available option — we're making informed decisions on your behalf.

FAQ

Practical Questions

No. Our BTM retainer is built for consultants, solo executives, and small-to-mid-size teams — the professionals doing serious work who are too small for a corporate travel department but too busy to manage travel themselves.
Let's talk. Some clients are growing into that range and want to get the right infrastructure in place before the volume increases. Others have team members whose travel, combined, hits that threshold.
Our BTM retainer is focused on business travel. For leisure and personal travel, visit our Book Travel page for self-booking options and affiliate resources.
We handle it. That's the point. You contact us and we navigate the rebooking, the hotel hold if needed, and the documentation — from our end, so you don't have to sit on hold or manage callbacks yourself.
The retainer is a 12-month commitment. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice. Fees are not prorated or refundable.
The $3,000 annual retainer is divided into four payments of $750, billed at the start of each quarter.
